Spreading the Light of Christ

ALICE® is an acronym coined by United Way that stands for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed. The ALICE population represents those of us (men, women, and families) who work hard and earn more than the official Federal Poverty Level, but less than the basic cost of living.

Why serve? The Bible Project thematic video titled “Justice” does a phenomenal job explaining and illustrating what this kind of love and service practically looks like. It is a video that Manna staff and volunteers watch and re-watch because it moves us to action!
